

Skywalker Yacht Rental – Terms & Conditions

By booking a yacht with Skywalker Yacht Rental, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before departure.
Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash (AED only).
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the charter will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
3. Weather Conditions
In the event of unsafe weather, Skywalker reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the trip. A full refund or reschedule will be offered in such cases.
4. Guest Conduct
The lead guest is responsible for all guests onboard.
No illegal substances, excessive alcohol consumption, or unsafe behavior is permitted.
Damage to the vessel or equipment caused by negligence will be charged to the client.
5. Liability
Skywalker is not responsible for personal injuries, lost belongings, or delays caused by factors beyond our control.
All guests board at their own risk.
6. Changes by Skywalker
We reserve the right to substitute yachts or adjust itineraries due to maintenance, weather, or operational needs.
